both those motors can take nitrous stock, but only a 50 shot, but if you get a wet nitrous kit you can use a 75 shot, even with the 50 shot its better if you get some colder spark plugs.

i think b16 sometimes i think less power is better to put down, i have a bike a 125 hp is too much sometimes

ok well that power to weight ratio can;t compare to something like this. What kind of bike do you have? Cmon 125hp thats all you got and its too much? hahha just kidding thats about the prime power range for a good overall bike.
