I have a b16a too. The reason why you can only hit 190 is because the gears in the b16 tranny are really short. on the highway, in 5th gear, goin 140, my engine revs at 5 and a half grand. 190=8000rpm. theres really no way to get around this, except to get a differently geared tranny. but you wont find any tranny that is better for the b16 than the b16 tranny itself.
You could strap an ls tranny on, but that tranny is geared for torque...something that the b16 doesnt have...the b16's main area is high rpm power.

You cant solve this problem by chipping your computer...because chipping your computer does not physically change your tranny's gears.

^^ None! go get some tuning with crome or hondata.

as for the top speed. you could put in the LS 5th gear or the LS final drive.
the final drive might lengthen all your gears where as just the 5th gear is just that. you'll notice a big RPM drop when going from 4th to 5th
