Question looking for an ecu for a 2005 k24 turbo charged

ok, here's the deal...I don't know much about cars, so please don't be mean. I am looking for an ECU for my boyfriends 98 integra with a k24 engine. We sold our 98 type r engine 3 weeks ago and had the 2005 k24 turbo charged engine from a tsx installed, the problem is, we are having a hard time finding an ecu for the car. so, while everyone is out and about with their summer car, my boyfriend's car is still in the drive way, waiting for the damn ecu and I am damn sick and tired of driving his *** everywhere until we get it.

Does anyone know where we can get one fast? His life is miserable cuz he misses his baby so much (and the baby is not me, it's his car) and my life is miserable having to drive him around.

Any help would be much appreciated. BTW, it has to be an ECU from Japan...a GREDDy one so it goes well with his Greddy turbo system.

Alright so basically you are looking for an ecu that can support his car with the following modifications you listed. Putting on a turbocharger on a car requires extensive ecu parameter changes to Sync with the engine. Thats the best way i can explain it to you of no car knowledge. Basically your engine doesn't know you have a turbocharger on there and when engine conditions are acheived where this turbo gains power the computer needs to send extra fuel and adjust ignition timing. This is what poeple call TUNING a car ! There are many products out there that can do this for your boyfriend but money needs to be well spent in this area. I would recommend he look into K-pro offered by hondata and also look at AEM's Engine management systems. This do not come cheap and you will need to tune the car after installation. I don;t know if your boyfriend knows this but if hes gone this far i am sure he must have some clue.

oh my boyfriend knows all this..including how much it's going to cost, the thing is, i have no idea of what you said-i just sit in the passenger seat. We've invested a lot into this car, and into the type r engine we had for only 10 months. There's much more on the car, however i don't know what the hell is in it to list, as i have no knowledge of the import scene-all i know is that it's real fast. i will relay the message to him. Thank you.

i don't think he's looking for a stock k24 ECU, he's looking for either an AEM or Greddy. Thank you for responding though.
