Engine swappp..d series to d series

Hey peepz.

blew my d15b the other night, rod went thru the block..so i picked up this new motor a d16z6 or somehing like that..its vtec anyways..but i dont have anybody to do the swap over for me. I need someones help to tell me step by step instructions...can anyone help me out??

disconnect everything, (fuel lines,wires,etc take out rad and fan, pull out axles, unhook shifter linkage, pull engine out... now reverse it...its really dang simple..you really cant screw up.

check out the manual i posted. it tells you step by step how to take out a d. for install, just reverse

You get the tranny too? if you're going from non-vtec to vtec the gearing is different between the two

I did the swap, everything worked out fine, have everything i need. Vtec turbo, brand new si trans with 5000kms on it, upgraded clutch and fly, she goes.

ya, amazingly these hondas are ****in stupid easy to work on, i couldnt believe it, i hooked everything up, put it together, dropped in and everything myself..got all the fluids i needed, turned the key and the beast roared once again... i wont boost it as much this time...right now im running 11 psi with vtec.
