Recently, I found that my 1990 Accord LX will not start! I know its not the battery for sure because all my electronics turn on (also we tried giving it a jump). I think it might be something with my starter or alternator, but i think the cause of it might be my remote starter/car audio i installed a couple of weeks ago. If you guys have any ideas/suggestions to what to do, i'd be happy to consider them.

when you try and start the car can you here the starter clicking? Does it click once and stop or does it click multiple times while your holding the key in the start position? One quick way to check if its the starter, take a hammer of pipe or something with a little bit of weight to it and tap not smash the starter housing a few times while you have someone trying to start it. If the car starts then its obvious the starter.

lol ha ha ha ha figures its a honda only thing they make good are thier dirtbikes and quads just joking it sounds like your alternater may be toast i know my crown vic did the same when it went but i still have my ford 2007 f-550 deisel to drive as long as i dont have my racing trailer on

Took it to a mechanic..........it was the distributor.
