Most dealerships are not going to come off the MSRP very much since this is a new model. And, they sure aren't going to give you the price quote in writing! I can tell you this, I just bought (in July) a 2007 Honda Accord EX - L with a 4 cyl...loaded except for navigation...and it ran me about $25,000 (after TT&L) and MSRP was $28,000.
