Has anybody converted the rear brakes to discs on a 2000 civic ex? If so talk to

me on how hard it is please? I have a 2000 honda civic and the rear brakes are drums i wan to convert them to discs i have the instructions and the know how i just want to talk to someone who already has or knows more about it than me so i might be a little more prepared for anything unexpected like stripped bolts and stuff like that
