How do I get alternator off 1990 Honda Accord?

I have a Haynes manual. It says to loosen the main bolt. Then loosen the adjusting bolt. Then you should be able to remove the belt.Well I loosened both bolts. Still no slack in the belt. I tried banging on it thinking it might be rusted on something. Still nothing. I now have the main bolt right off and the adjusting bolt out quite a bit and still nothing.Well I have to top mount bolt out and it's not seized. The haynes manual doesn't say anything about a third bolt and I can't find one either.

junk yard or Autozone is like 110 with core charge or a shop that sells used parts just have to call and ask junk yard is your best bet if your mechanically inclined its dirt cheap cause you take it off your self.

alternators have three bolts. two bolts and a tensioner bolt. alternators also tend to seize or corode to the mount. beat it.

Look you can sort out easily your problem because that company must have what you need.Send to them email telling details of your car and they send to you the alternator and very cheaper they are excellent people. I don't know who they are but you can trust because they made part of one association that is responsible for what they are doing.("first4 ")
