Metal Head Gasket?

do you just lay it down or do you have to prep the block and head?

i would recomend that your resurface the head and block to make sure everything squares off properly and if you haven't bought your head gasket i would look it to getting a cometic head gasket they are mls(multi layered steel) meant for high powered motors.

yes you should have you head and block machined to get a proper seal with the gasket. And if your not gonna splurge for the comtic head gasket then id at least go oem honda.

ya its simple to do a head gasket swap.. you'll need to make sure the head and the block are perfectly smooth and clean of dirt and grime.. you dont have to mill the block and head if you dont want to.. id check the amount of kms on the motor and if they are gettin up there i'd take it to mill it then, but if it doesnt look too bad in ther just whip on the gasket and tourque the head bolts in proper pattern
