Need E-Test and Safety asap

I just bought a new car and I am looking to get safety and e-test done. Does anyone know any place that can help me out? The car needs new brake pads at most, evrything else is fine. Will get brakes done. As for E-test, the exhaust looks fine but not sure it if needs anything.
