strange transmission trouble

strange transmission trouble
I've got a 98 accord 4 cyl a/t that feels like it downshifts into 1st gear after or right before the car quits rolling when I roll to a stop. The tranny shifts smooth and fine going down the road. Any opinion if it is the transmission going out or if it is a sensor or solenoid or something of the sort?
