Thinking about putting on a super charger on my 1.6. My question is that I currently have have just put on 2 1/4 " exhaust and everyone tells me something different. I am only gonna run about 5lbs and I have some people say it will work fine may hurt performance a tad but it will be ok and then I have others that say no I have to go at least 2 1/2". Is there anyone here that has a jrsc on with 2 1/4"???

Which SC are you looking at? If its Vortech, I'd do your research first. I always loved to gawk at that Vortech advertisement in magazines......until I looked at the performance charts on the 1.6 DOHC. ALL power is in the high rev range (so unusable).
