Thinking of getting a Honda/Acura...

SO currently i have a 5Th Gen Celica with a swapt in 3SGTE, I was gonna go ahead and do front mount,3" Exaust, and Cams but then i sat down and realized that will be alot of money going into this thing and it wont really be that worth it power wish...and plus it needs new flooring...i'm still in school so i figure that i will get something that is a bit cheaper to modify and can actually get something out of it....Its come down to a 90-93 Integra or 92-95HB...I've always liked H22 so that is what i will be looking to put into one of the two...What do u current owners think? Civic or Integra?

well if you natrually like the h22 the most obvious car would be a 92-95 civic. I like ther 90-93 integras because i find alot of people don't have the older cars as much, but your only real possibilities swap wise are another b-series engine. Now you say your in school and all, so your obviously looking for the best bang for buck and the h22 is a cheap engine. So i am gonna have to say go with the h22 in the 92-95 civic.

H22 can be done in a G2 teg too. saw it done in a honda tuning magazine.
IMHO i'd go with an integra and a b-series swap or build an ls/vtec or b20/vtec

+1 on not seeing many nicely done G2's. it makes me feel special

I say go with the integra, since there are a lot od Civic's with the H22, plus there really aren't that many clean G2 integra's compared to the civic.

yes that is true, but not everyone has all the time in the world and mechanical mind to know how to do things like that. I still like the fact that tonnes of swaps are avaliable for any body style. Anyways good luck on your desicion!

1ply can only hope to improve
Anything can be done is right - SAISAN has dropped a Supra engine into a Mustang. So there is someone out there that can do anything
