yeah it should, depends on how good of a driver you are. Stock ITR's run 14.7....14.5 with a good driver.

well im pretty good actually i can push it nicely but ya im lookin to buy it over the winter now so prices r cheap n then tune it a lil bit n by spring run sum nice times

i used to have an EG DX HB B16B STROKED AND BUILT WITH ITR tranny tuned with hondata...and 100 shot on top of that
Believe me i know my about the R's and some of their best tuning areas...

thats cool im actually think of sellin my motor n tranny to sum1 n droppin in the k20 Type R its expensive but im wilin to do it no 1 has it in a type R so ill be different
