30-32 psi is probably going to be plenty. The bike is small and light and unless you weight 700 pounds, you aren't even going to come close to reaching the tire's load limit. The maximum pressure is probably shown as 40 psi, it should be on the sidewall. But that's what's required to supprot the weight shown, probably around 700 pounds.
