is it worth it?

ive been offered a 97 integ GS for $1500. fully loaded but its auto and it had 300000km. dont know if i should take it.
and does anyone one know, if i decided to get it, approx how much it would cost to get an engine swap and stick tranny done for this car

totally worth it, even after spending the money to put a new engine in. The value of those cars still stay above $5000 so you can see why i am saying its worth it. I mean i hope the car is in good shape all around otherwise !
