1999 Honda civic LX turns off on the road while running?

The car turns on perfect and sounds good. But then when i take it on the road and run it for about 25 mins it turns off while running. Then it wont start again but then i wait about 10-15 mins and it starts back again. After it stars again it runs about 1/4 of a mile a turns off again and then i have to wait an other 10-15 mins to start again.

PLEASE HELP THANK U
