I was 15 and drove with a permit and now Im 19 and I havent gotten in to an accedent: Well, this guy actually rear ended me and hit my hitch but it was his fault.
Id suggest no, cause if not experenced WHY WRECK A NEW CAR! get a used one and get some expereince.
