another honda question?

my main pulley from the crank keeps coming loose on me, tighten to spec and it loosens right up and gyrates back and forth. I dont know if its just the pulley or the harmonic balancer, ive tried advance but they said a dealership, so Im basically wondering how much its gonna cost me...i have a 92 civic dx 1500.......thanks..

What thy are not telling you is it is lock tigh tighten on. It is a called lick tight. You get it at the auto parts store and apply it ti the shaft befor you attach the harmonic balancer and apply lock tight to the bolt as well. After you do let the loc tight set up, read the tube for how long curning time is.

Holy crap use LOC-Tite!!! they have it in diffrent strenghts and it works great!!! I use it on my dirt bike because the bumpy trails and engine vibrations vibrate things loose. LOC_TITE works great!!!! good luck
