well, i would get a sound system, probably the Magnum Dual 12'' Subwoofers w/ Amplifier and Sub box, all for $130 circuit city. heres the linkhttp://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Magnu...ctDetail.doand if they suck(which 99% of the reviews say it was good), its only $130, not like 600 like for most good sound systems. After that I would move on to rims, then exhaust or the other way around. But i only have a 1990 ford probe with tranmission problems so I'm only getting these woofershope i helped you out!
