civic body kit problem?

civic body kit problem?
i just recently got a fiberglass body kit for my civic 2003 from AIT racing. the kit looks great but when i put the side skirts up to the car there are some big gaps. so i was wondering if i needed to trim the kit till no gaps remain, or what? thanks for the help.

Honestly body kits don't look good on any car or truck. Take it off bro, it will look much nicer if you just lower it.
