civic starter motor?

Hi guys. i want an equivalent starter motor for D15B3 that should fit exactly but with high rpm.Kindly please help.Regards.Johny.

I think i read you earlier question about starter problems on this car. I would try a used one from a salvage yard first. Try another starter from a different parts store. Remember man made these starters...I have bought plenty of brand new bad parts even from the dealer. If this still does not help change the starter relay. (I'm sure you have checked the battery condition). Then if still not satisfied run a compression test on it to see how much pressure you are building up. It all else fails look to summit.com or jegs.com for a racing starter they have more torque than standard starters.
