Does the pcm, or ecu on a 1992 Honda Civic control the AC?
My AC is charged as much as it can be without the compressor turning on. The compressor is not locked up but some have said the pcm could be bad. Any ideas.. on how to fix the AC and the best place to get the parts?
I checked the fuses and none are blown.
