...evaporator core, condensor,pressure line Today the a/c ran for 13 miles and quit. Freon recharged last summer with 134. Sometimes when I turn off the engine, there's a whine or groaning sound as if something's trying to close, open or shut down. The a/c seems to run o.k at night.

so u charge it last year did u do it this year,it sounds like another a/c compressor
