I need some advice with my 03 Honda Civic?

I have a 2003 Honda Civic LX. I have done a few things to it, mainly for show. The engine is completley stock. I am just wondering what a few CHEAP things are i could do to make it a little faster. Would a cold air intake do anything? Any advice is appreciated.
