Strange problem. Right side front blinker was out, so I asked the oil change people to replace it. Now The bulb works when the headlights and running lights are off. So if I put the key in and use the blinker (lights off) everything works great. Turn on the headlights or the parking lights, and now the right blinker is on all the time. Left side still works fine.































When the headlights are off, and parking lights are on, If I flip the switch to turn right, my instrument cluster lights blink now... WTF?































This is on a 2001 Honda Civic by the way.

bulb in backwards...flip it
