What is the true 1/4 time on a 06-07 civic si?

A stock Civic Si's "true 1/4 time" varies on many aspects like temperature, humidity, surface of the road, weight inside the car, a/c on or not (WHICH IT SHOULDN'T BE!). One of my friends has the same car and it ran high fifteens on a nearby 1/4 mile track (track was extremely sticky though). Under the best conditions, you shouldn't expect the 06-07 Civic Si to run quicker than a 14.8 quarter... But don't be shocked to see numbers fall in the 15.0 --16.0 range.On the AVG though, in reality (not internet 1/4 stock times) I would say about a 15.3.
