what's the top speed of a honda civic 98 hx? [1.6l VTEC-E, 115hp stock + cold air
intake]? there's either something wrong with my car, or with me, but I can't get it past 105mph. Tested raining, in an interstate, hills and flat areas... I mean I can't get like the perfect road, but I'm pretty sure it should be able to go around 120, right?
