i have steel rims on my 1992 honda civic right now so i went and bought some old toyota aluminum rims to put on it, they arent anything special but they are better than the steel ones. I wanna know if they can be used on my honda civic and what torque they go to if i can use them? the bolt pattern is the same and i have the lug nuts from the toyota rims with them.

no... I think the toyota supra's wheel dimension's are 5x115

and the Honda civic's are for sure 4X100...

so you won't be able to do it.. unless you want to spend a extra $1000 and get a Integra Type-R or a Civic Type-R 5 lug conversion!
