The V6 will get you more HP, more torque, but worse gas mileage.
You will get better acceleration and better pull uphill.
The V6 has some extra gadgets like traction control.
The V6 costs more to own and if something breaks down will probably be more
expensive to fix. More parts mean more chances for something to go wrong
(although the V6 is still VERY reliable by any standard). If you intend to
keep the car for the long haul, this is an important issue.
The V6 is heavier.
The V6 has a cramped engine compartment and is likely harder to service on
your own.

Personally I don't care for a moonroof. just another gadget that can break
down or leak.

Most people will find the I4 adequate for most practical uses.

I recall Consumer Reports once said that actually the LX V6 is the best
bang-for-the-buck Accord.

Like others said here, you really can't go wrong with either. Good luck.

No, I really do get those numbers. Maybe due to my city time is more of
surburbia than actual city.

And highway, I set the cruise at 75mph (speed limit is 70mph) and since i
live in Florida, no hills to drain the gas either.

Sometimes certain vehicles do a little better than others and vise-versa

I recently got the EX I4 auto and am very happy with it. Previously
had the Acura CL 3.0 V6. The new EX I4 is much smoother and delivers
at least 90% of the performance - the new I4 has a ton of low-RPM
torque. The tranny (auto) in the CL was never right. The sounds
system is better on the new Accord, too.

I'm sure the V6 is nice, too. But, I think if I was going to do that,
I'd try to go for the Acura TL instead, few more horses yet, kewler
badge, nicer sheet metal.

You can't go too far wrong, I think. The TL is having some tire
troubles, it seems. I've also seen a few posts about Accord V6's and
tracking/alignment. I wouldn't worry too much about either. Haven't
seen any complaints on the trannys in any current model.

I like the EX I4, it's an economy-luxury car, hits the optimal
price/performance points at every turn.

They should put MP3 on the sound system, tho, I'm guessing it just
missed the design-in time on this model.
