You want a fast car forget the Honda pick um a cheap third gen camaro or firebird. make sure its a v8 car you will get a lot more bang for your buck. plus its a whole lot cheaper to upgrade a SBC than a Honda. Remember there is no replacement for displacement

It all depends on how good of a mechanic you are. who you know. and if you want your car to look nice or go fast

swap in a h22a motor from the honda prelude 200hp stock and its a direct drop into your car without any extras trust me i have this swap but with performance upgrades but i have the h22a type s motor which pushes out 220hp straight from japan...if you are serious about tuning your car please reply 2 me i know almost everything about tuning 94-95 honda accords...and as far as loudness goes you'll love the h22a.the h22a motor has what you call VTEC(variable valve timing and electronic lift control)...VTEC kicks in at 5200 rpms on a stock h22a which makes the car push out more horses...in other words until you hit 5200 rpms your car is pushing out 155hp then VTEC kicks out the extra 45hp and makes it get way louder........heres a few links to a video with a 95 honda accord with a h22a swaphttp://youtube.com/watch?v=MU5__vysN...ed&search=Ands heres some videos of what VTEC sounds like...http://youtube.com/watch?v=3NaIY_C5s...elated&search=
