2001 santafe power window lock not locking(hyundaitech)
the power windows all work ok but the power window safety lock quit working.
also rear door or cargo door does not lock some times.
are they both on same circuit?
if not any ideas of the cause of each problem?

Re: 2001 santafe power window lock not locking(hyundaitech)
The windows are controlled separately from the locks.
The window lock-out operates by cutting off the power to the other three
door switches. If you cannot lock-out the windows, then the problem is
almost certainly in the master window switch.
All your electric locks are on the same circuit. If some work but others
do not, you should suspect the actuators on the doors that do not (un)lock
properly.
