you can kill a stock vehicle in many ways. Think about it....racing a stock vehicle all the time will hurt it, power breaking, doing burnouts with a stock tranny...they will bite u down the road. Trust me, Friend of mine attempted a burnout in his Sentra SE for a second time and now hes buying a new tranny its just abuse on the engine and tranny when u race and such.

Now, if you have a car more ready for it like the V8 camaros and SE-R Sentras (in my case) Then you can have fun.

Yeah agreed, I don't even race my car but I used to burn out a bit like for a few months there maybe twice a week I'd burn out, and I drive it semi-hard, flooring it every now and then -- now I'm looking at replacing my whole tranny. The torque converters on a v6 are NOT made for burning out and racing and all that crap, I'm **** glad I don't race all the time or else I'd be really screwed right now. My other buddy has a z28 and he races cars on the road all the time -- now he's buying a whole new engine because his rod bearings are shot.

Dangerous and illegal aside, since obviously people that street race don't care about that aspect, they're literally driving their car to an early grave, especially with stock v6 torque converters and trannies not meant for such hard driving. I dunno, bro, it does seem like you race a hell of a lot, it's gonna come kick you in the **** one of these days when the tranny takes a dump.

yea, once in a while if you get on it or something or play around a little bit where theres not many people its ok, but full on street racing is stupid. whatever happened to SerbianZ. remember he had a v6 then stopped posting and came on saying how he got a supercharged Z and got arrested for doing like 160 mph. he started the whole idea of a spring meet cause he noticed there were alot of people around northern illinois, southern wisconsin. when i start driving im not gonna be able to race, and not gonna really want to on the street. i dont wanna brake stuff when its fine, and i wil never be able to get away with anything in my town.

yeah if you put in parts replacing normal stock parts, you can sell the stock parts for cash. If you're replacing broken parts, broken parts = trashcan.
