14 with b16????? time slips would be appreciated........ vr6... your right... its nice to see some sort of knowledge in this place. type-s' arent that fast. b16 efs beat them. and whoever was talkin about the whole 40 hp difference. it's power to weight ratio. why do you think 300hp civics beat 400hp crustangs? and crappy driving only takes you so far.... the faster car WILL prevail. no matter what. maybe not in 1st or 2nd cause of short gears but in the longer ones, you will get dirtied.
last but not least..... audi rs...... do you pay for your own car? <just out of curiousity

I beat a 1.8t on the weekend, no chance at all, a vr6 golf, 2 car lengths at least, My car has an intake, 2003 type s, other then that, it has lighter rims, and I have a VERY strong feeling, a car that dynos 155whp, could easily be beaten with a good driver in a type s, I can chirp 2nd very hard, and a little one out of third.. Power to weight ratio goes so far, In my mx3 I had every bolt on I could buy (klze 197hp base, headers, high output alternator, cai, full exhaust, no cat, ms8 intake manifold, bored tb, etc ,etc), With interrior pretty stripped... And I'm still confident my type s, would beat my mx3... I have a very hard time believing you beat him. No matter how good the driver, he must have been falling out of the power band.

audi_rs and me work together, and I have yet to race him but i'll let you know how it goes, ahahah

All believeable.

Dec. 2002 issue of SCC: 93 EG hatch, B18A2 w/ ITR tranny, ACT 6 puck clutch, bolt-ons: AEM CAI, rail, regulator, cam gears, exhaust, headers, intake manifold, ignition, injectors, and throttle body. All adds up to a 13.18 sec car.

12s, anyone?
