49cc Scooter???? So I was riding my scooter home today in the rain which sucked already but then it got a flat tire so I had to walk home in the rain. I went back to try to take the flat tire off to take it to be repaired(rear tire) and I can't get the thing off. I need help. Also does anyone know where I could find a detailed maintainence manual for the thing? ThanksI need the SERVICE manual not the owner's manual, I already have that worthless piece of propoganda. And I'm not in the least bit worried what the laws are regarding the damn thing.

Hello. Before we address your question, take a look at the listed source to see the laws of your state and you 49cc scooters just so you don't get nailed with a bunch of tickets on your way home next time.Anyway, removing tires on scooters, just like motorcycles, can severly damage the wheel if you mess up doing it. Try taking it to a service station and they'll change the tire for cheap if you buy the tire there. Below is where you can get the owner's manuals as well
