ok, so i'm in a new state. i have a motorcycle permit (state won't let me get a licence yet). i know where i'm going to buy my bike. i'm not sure in which order i should get all the legal stuff done in.for example. should i buy insurance, buy the bike, get it registered and get plates, or some other order? i'm confused on the right way to do everything. thanks in advance.

Are you paying cash or making payments? What state? In my case, it was get the bike, get insurance, register and get plates. In most, if not all states, you cant get plates without insurance.
