thats gay, because heres whats gonna happen, they let this guy ride with no helmet and evry single biker out there is gonna get pissed and ride without one either. you cant make exceptions to the law like that, its a law we have in place and it should be observed, if he doesnt like it he can leave or stop riding the bike. its that simple.
better yet lets look at it this way, he wins the ticket and nwo youhave a bunch of these guys out there wearing turbans, people who are following this case are gonna be outraged to see this and will likely swerve at them, cut them off, do the usual stuff that happens to bikers, but itll be much worse. just wait and see

This reminds me of this Turban guy came to ride Go-karts once. I told him to put on a helmet but hes like no it dosent fit over the turban . I talked with the Manager and he told him that he cant ride without a helmet (Rules)and was returned his money. He was just standing there as his friends were racing.Riding is a privilage and not a right.

Check out a Cricket game in pakistan. All the players are wearing helmets NOT turbans.
This guy got his licence in BC where you don't have to wear a Helmet if you wear a turban because some guy in the 80's did what he's doing now with the human rights commision over there.

They should just make turbans out of kevlar cloth. or just make the outside appear as a turban and inside is a helmet. Then they will probably object to that because it isn't genuine...

if you choose to follow your religion thats your business but dont make the rest of us suffer for it. when the puss-*** government gives this guy the ok to ride a bike with no helmet(which you know they will cuz we have to please every nationality except ourselves) hes gonna fall off his bike crack his melon and then whos tax dollars are gonna pay the couple hundred grand for him to get brain surgery? and how the F did he even get a lisence? what tard at the lisencing school allowed him to do the m2 course without a bucket?

you know thats a good point, i bet its the same ****tards who sell drivers licenses to these same people with no road test at all. the gov needs to investigate, maybe hire people that can speak the damn language and that way when i go to the mto i dont have to explain with hand gestures that i just want to renew my license

I saw this on the news and started laughing pretty loud.
I don't see why he can't ride without a helmet. Just get him to sign something saying that any head-related injuries will NOT be covered by ohip and bam done. If he fall's off etc, it's his responsibility (if he's alive) to get himself fixed up.

or he can jsut wear a helmet or not ride the bike. why should our tax doillars go towards helping him in any way, if he wants a waiver, he should cover the cost himself, which he wont, he'll just keep wasting our money in court. you know, if this was the old days, someone woulda taken him out back and beaten him with a hose
