go on ebay there are some great deals on new scooters as low as $650 inc shipping look under scooters just got one my self from atv discounters.net

If you are not going to use it on the highway, a good, small starter bike is the Honda Rebel. It prices out at just over three thousand new and is a very fun first bike.















If you are experienced, I'd suggest a minimum of a 650.
