Abuse of Power and Section 172

For those of you who are still interested in the Street Racing Legislation and my book Abuse of Power; the book is undergoing a re-write to include new information.

When it's complete enough, I'll announce it on this site. It's going to be a few months as there is a lot to cover.

I'm going to try and make it as complete as possible so you can use the book to help yourselves in court should you get nabbed. Regardless, the book will be well worth owning as a driver.

I'm also going to cover some insurance issues as well since the insurance companies are trying to have their cake and eat it too.

If you want a copy of the book, when it comes out and you want to put your name in for it, you can post a private message to me on this site and I'll record your name and e-mail address. From there, you will need to maintain your e-mail address so I can get back to you. I've had some trouble with people ordering books then changing their e-mail addresses.

Most likely the book will be spiral bound same as last time. That's because no major book store will carry it. By that I mean Chapters/Indigo.

I did a book signing once at Scarborough Town Centre and the store manager there was very receptive to the book. But the company wasn't and that was that. They were afraid of it. They don't like to carry books that are openly critical of a sitting government. At least not to the degree that I'm critical.

In the meantime, don't speed and wear your ball caps the right way around. The more things you do to make yourself stand out in a crowd the more likely you will be to experience a court date. Fine if you have deep pockets. Not fine if you don't and need transportation to get back and forth to work.
