hey guys,
I was just wondering wht you guys think about my situation. I bought a car, but cause spent most of the money decided to put it under my moms name...meaning everything is registered on her, including insurance. I drive the car every day. Can I get in trouble if i get stopped by cops? I know i will if i will get into the accident! Wht do u guys think?

Are you on insurance at all like as a secondary driver or what? If the insurance company ever found out they'd probably cancel it and would be hard to get insurance any where else.
