Further, does not matter what time of the day for a noise complaint. It falls under mischief under the criminal code, where one is preventing another from the lawful enjoyment of their property..........of course there still has to be a complainant and I'm sure a history of repeat noise complaints would also add to the evidence for this type of charge.........but just letting you know this type of charge is available as well.

The "authorities" are a form of legal mafia , often led by the same people that lead mafias , and cops are stupid puppets sent out to do their dirty work . Of course I'd like to see them get hurt more often , this way maybe more people use their brains and do something more meaningfull with their lives , instead of becoming doughnut munchers .

And i'm especially pissed right now , since they seem to be mass producing them . Unemployment is going up , and the motherfukers are charging us more taxes to hire more unemployed and uneducated s to haras people on the street . And make that regular people , not criminals , because as it was discussed many times on this site , when confrtonted with real danger , cops are pussies , that's why they almost wiped out the street racing phenomenon in 3 - 4 years , but car theft and murders are at an all time high , and cops get ed in the *** yearly by the hells angels .
