I tried calling em up and they only pick you if you are affiliated with any of their sister companies or something.

When I saw the list, its all about professionals... doctors, lawyers, graduates of York U, U of T, etc... etc.. etc...

Oh cmon. These guys have 6 digit salary and you help em save insurance?

Um... maybe its fair enough since they spend almost 6 digits to finish their education or something...

U should check out Presidents Choice Insurance.

I was a high risk with Kingsway General and went from like $395/mo to $208 with PC. I've spoken to others who've gotten a good price too.

yep i cant get a quote through their website... looks like its only for people who belong to unions or are alumni of canadian universities.... You kids who have it must have parents who belong to these associations or something.

Anyway i tested it saying i worked for Imperial Tobacco, lowest quote for my 07 fit and 88 crx was 443, which is more than belair direct quoted me, and way more than im paying right now through Harold J Mitchell Insurance (that might just be the broker, not sure). The CRX is what always kills my quotes for some reason, but my insurance company lets me have it for 150 a YEAR, liability and theft/fire only... I think its because my entire family uses the plan which totals like 9 vehicles, 2 business and a house. Total i think my parents put in like 3500 a month to insurance... my portion is about 300. Im 21 with a G2 that ive had for 3 years.

Okie, I am telling you guy a trick to get cheaper inssurance

Move your address to small town, like Oshawa, windsor... farther is cheaper.

Just get an P.O box, 8$/month you will get cheaper inssurance by 20-40%.

Trust me, i did it myself, got quote for 4500$ year from TD, Nordic. but after i moved my driver liecense to far away, i am now paying 2900$ year.

try that and see if should help.

Before you move your addess, call your insurrance company, see how much would it be if you live in small town like that.

Good luck

I would not advise ANYONE to do as suggested above...if you do and a claim should occur the company will simply deny coverage for the accident due to a material misrepresentation. If they do any investigating and found out you actually live in Toronto or somewhere else and are simply using a mailing address to get a lower rate then they will deny coverage and you'll end up paying the premium for nothing anyways....

Trust me, it's not a game

Yea, State Farm does atleast. When I was in highschool it was %10 off, paid a bit less than 180/month, and I drove a red civic coupe. Way cheaper than expected considering what car itis.
