All I'll say..

is if it goes to court, and it somehow goes to trial..... it'll be the easiest conviction the copper will ever get on you

If you want.. take it to court, and ask for a reduction in the fine. Say you are a student or someting like that and plead guilty to a lesser fine...

Not too sure if you could do anything else but that.
