Handicap Sticker Ticket

Hey guys, I just got a ticket a week ago for using a handicap sticker that was my moms. I told the officer my mom was in the ryerson building, and then half way there i told him no shes not there, shes at home. Then he gave me a ticket and said it ranges from 300$-3000$. I know recently there has been lots of fake handicap stickers going around and they on the lookout for them. I was just wondering what the best method for fighting this ticket? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I am going to call xcopper if all else fails.

Thanks.

find someone pregnant that will help you.. my buddy got one, so he went to the cop shop with his pregnant friend.. said it hurt her back to walk long distances so they park in the handicap spot to be closer to the door. it worked and the ticket was discarded.

well i have a throat disorder, and i cant walk very long, or jog/run, its documents from the hospital and i do have doctor notes and a phsyical statement (photocopy). Do you think that will cut it?

i also had told him i went to hand in a assignment. but he didnt seem to want to listen to everything i was saying.

so if that is good enough, do i plead not guilty, and take my evidence to court, or do i plead guilty with a excuse.

Ok, so you're a liar and a ******** for taking up a handicap spot using your mother's sticker when the spot should have been left open for someone who has a REAL handicap. That is justthe height of ignorant selfishness. I'm happier than hell that the officer called you on your word and that you got caught out in your lie.

Suck it up and pay up. By rights they should have confiscated that handicap parking permit from you and forced your mother to explain why it is that she is letting you abuse it.

As for the rest of you who are trying to help him beat this ticket, you're not much better. Stealing the use of handicap parking spots is right on par with stealing candy from a baby. Congratulations on achieving such a low point.

StealthZ has a little shameless behaviour in the past
wow, so youre too lazy to walk the extra 10ft from another parking spot, so you take a spot reserved for someone with a real handicap. congrats bud. the only handicap you have is between your ears.
