just curious ..i got charged for 140 in a 50 zone..idiotic movements but this was in 2005 now i got the court case to go through... i got a month suspension and my lawyer got me this deal where it was not supposed to go on my record but it did and i got a notice from my insurance company saying they released me from their insurance or something what shud i do any cheap insurance companies out there? please help + $610 in fines

Well first off that was pretty stupid driving 140 in a 50 zone but I don't like they can put on your record after making a deal like that try calling the lawyar to see whats going on

is this yer first court date or have you asked for date extensions?

if its the later, you could say yer right to a speedy trial was violated, but theres things to do b4 saying that - talk to a lawyer about those procedures

ya might just get lucky

if ya get off, you owe kharma - go out and volunteily do some community service, read to a sick kid or senior, pick up some garbage around yer hood or whatever

ye this was in 2005 so i kept postponing the date till this past summer...and yeah this was my trial date...well it was stupid for sure and i do admit i was a dumbass back then but obviously u live and learn rite and ye thnx for the advice i got an appt with my laweyr tmmw but now if its already on the record how do u get them to erase it
