Getting away with it once, twice, or a hundred times, won't make the kid you kill any less dead. Sit there and tell us your focus and concentration for the road are as good or better when you're stoned - then (try to) remember that the next time you're stoned and some everyday item sends you into a hysterical laughing fit.

Objectivity is sadly lacking.

Actually, you can make the same argument for a chronic alcoholic and his or her ability to function at BAC levels well above the point where an average person would be passed out drunk. Shall we try and legitimize driving while impaired due to alcohol in the same way you try to legitimize driving while high?

When your greeted by someone, and you reply 10 seconds later like my old elementary friends(who are blazed all the time) you shouldn't be driving. Quit taking the easy way out of life, because it will only get harder.
