The $10,000 maximum fine you're referring to is for "Street Racing" under legislation that comes into force on September 30, 2007. Regardless of the definition they come up with for "Street Racing" in the associated regulation, empire was charged under the previous regulation.

to the goverment going 50 over is NOT street racing...
however going 50 over, being male and under 25...IS
its getting to the point when i go out to the store/bar wherever...i take my moms kia sportage instead of my 98 lude or 02 RT dakota cause i dun feel like getting harrased by cops all night

but how is it street racing when i was the only one on the street? :| shouldnt it be just speeding since there were no other cars there like holy sh**

Um lol.. im not sure... Im sure it would follow you back to canada. because you will still be a canadian citizen. and you will have your SIN number. and yea... I think theres no way around it..

go to a foreign country and get a complete id change and you will be good. the only downside is that they might give you rates as an inexperience driver. the key thing is just to not get any tickets at all and you will be good.

definitly not... When you get your licence suspended that means all licences..
If a truck driver got his licence suspended he still is not allowed to drive his truck...thus meaning cant work. further meaning hees f..ked..
Why dont you fix the problem as to why your licence was suspended in the first place.?
