Pulled Over with G1

I was caught making a left turn at a street where there was a sign stating no left turns. I did not see this sign and I understand my fault. However, the bad part is that I only have a G1 and I was also carrying a passenger who did not have a license. This was about around 3:00am in the morning on a regular street. Upon checking my license it was discovered that my license was also Suspended. I had no idea about this and I've never received a ticket for anything else in my life, I have a clean record (but apparently that's not the case) I had lost my wallet in University in my 2nd year and it was returned to me 1 month later. Could it be possible that my ID was used? I was very calm, polite and followed the police officers instructions. I received 3 direct to court yellow tickets from the police officers. One is for disobeying a no left turn sign, second driving with a G1 licence carrying a passenger, three driving with a suspended licence. I have been given a court date and I will attend. But I was hoping if you could give me any advice on what I should do. What do you think the charges will be? Will I loose my licence for a long time? How much in fines do you think i'll end up paying?

I know that it was a careless move on my part, but lesson learned.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Go to points or a place like that and just see what they have to say

judgez24 12-22-2007 10:40 AM

so wait, you were driving at 3 am, with a g1 and your passanger didnt even have a license? well your ****ed and your stupid as . hope you loose your license. if you managed to get your g1 youd know that your not aloud to driveat nite time or without a fully licensed 4 year experienced passanger.

jonzey04 12-22-2007 11:41 AM

yeah i hope you ****in loose ur license too, my best friend was seriously injured in a car accident because of one of you ****in idiots with their g1's "who think they can drive" with no licensed driver in the passenger seat, hope u get nailed hard and i hope your insurance ****in blows through the roof which it will ****in retard

Ozmozis 12-22-2007 12:03 PM

1. I belive I stated that it was a mistake for me to go out and drive.
2. I'm sorry your friend was injured but just because I have a G1 does not mean I haven't driven before in another country or don't know how to drive. There are many drivers out there with a G2 or G that are horrible drivers, so you shouldn't make assumptions. What makes you think I wasn't a driver in another country before I moved here? They don't accept transfer of the license from all countries you know...

I came here for some friendly advice so I don't need you to make assumptions when you don't even know me. I obviously know I made a mistake driving with a G1 at that time of the night but we all make mistakes in life. So if you have some inner anger problem I suggest you go and take care of it elsewhere. If you don't have any advice why even bother posting?

jonzey04 12-22-2007 02:21 PM

i dont have any inner anger problems, and i dont give a where your from, thats like me saying i have a g license here, and i go over to england to drive, completely different way off life, streets, roads, signs, ect! plain and simple i'm not an all star over their, and your not here and yes U DONT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE, heres my advice, stay off the ****in road, ur a retard, and u deserve what u got, theirs no assumptions here jsut the truth

How do you think people rent cars when they go overseas?

You really don't know what you are talking about. Your nonesense is just as stupid as what I did. But then again its the internet, I will just choose to ignore your stupid nonesense...

Gonads 12-22-2007 03:51 PM

hey man, i say you just shut up and take the consequences. you are lucky you didnt kill anyone with your stupidity.

People make mistakes in life, I made a mistake. I just posted to ask for some advice. Obviously I will undertand the concesquenses. I know i'm obviously going to loose my license for 30 days. I'm just asking for advice. No need to be rude.

But see you can't say that because I know how to drive. I've drove for years in Europe. What you say doesn't make any sense. People with a fully G license can kill anyone too if they aren't paying attention.

jonzey04 12-22-2007 04:58 PM

ur completely contridicting yourself u moron, the difference between the ppl who have their G and ppl who dont is THEY HAVE THEIR G, U DONT! annndd i'm soooooo sorry man your right, you'v been driving in europe for YEARS, u have the right to drive with ur g1, i forgot ur that one special exception ontario made, r u dumb?, no u cant drive, until u get ur G, and those 4 nice stars, u can drive, until then, u cant..............and honestly what support or advice we're u possibly looking for when u started this thread? ur better off not responding at all again to it, cant beleive ur even defending urself................yeah i bet u can drive......making a wrong left turn, probably on a one way street idiot, and getting caught 3 in the morning is pretty pathetic too, id deport ur ass in the container you showed up in

Ozmozis 12-22-2007 05:02 PM

Actually it wasn't a one-way street, the cop was camping on the street where the no left turn sign. anyways point is i didnt see the sign .

But anyways the moderator can close this thread please. I found legal advice and help elsewhere.

I guess this person jonzey has never made a mistake in his/hers life ever. You are too perfect. Not sure what makes you any better by talking the way you are. But thats the internet people can be cool, swear and do whatevr they want...

Ozmozis 12-22-2007 05:26 PM

Cheers to you.

1.for the guy who got booked...you are screwed...i don't think there is anyways out
cause it all reflects on your negligence...nothing against you or anything

2.I'm 17 (g1)and drive regardless of time or place i know all the possible consequences
and in case i get booked i am 100% responsable and aware...reason why i do so is cause i know im not a foolish idiot jeapordizing anyone out there...i rarely speed, follow all signs and communicate the road with all vehicles JUST like any other normal driver therefore i see no reason to halt my self from this
the road with drivers......

word of advice there.....ITS NOT WORTH doing such a foolish move for anyone else
then yourself....are your parents aware of this?
it could somewhat help you in court

wait did you just contradict yourself? maybe its cause im waking up after drinking a liter of crown royal. but did you just say your 17 with a g1 and you drive all the time and everwhere and then below say to the other guy its a stupid move?

dumbass, get off the fuken road. theres a reason people these days need to be licensed to drive and your not. its like me flying a plane. sure ive played flight sims and even got to fly and land a small single engine plane on a tour i had with my school. but that in no way certifies me to fly one.

z24 ass wipe i said i drive for my simple pleasure of driving.... not for other ppl
as osmosis said...where is the contraction?

and speaking of drunk....im not the one who has a hard time reading so might as well stfu

2-I never refered to the other guy stupid...as any sober human being would realize

Gonads 12-24-2007 06:24 PM

woh woh woh there fresh prince.

u drive with your G1 "everywhere" "anytime" (assuming you are by yourself). dude that is dumb. no matter how much you know how to drive and how well you think u know the roads that doesn't mean . What if you crash into someone, or kill someone? do you even have insurance on your car. and if you dont you are even dumber than stated before.

Everyone had to wait for their liscence, what makes you so special?

i hope the same happens to you that happened to ozmosis over there.

Fresh_Prince 12-24-2007 06:39 PM

i can give you 101 reason why i do so...but at the end of the day its none of your
business i don't pose any danger to anyone and if i ever did i would got booked a long time ago....

and what if i crash to someone?? i tought i already explained (once again posting without reading)i do my best to prevent anything dangerous...all i have to fear is the other drivers

Gonads 12-24-2007 06:44 PM

ohh i've read the thread.

at the end of the day... What makes you so special that you can drive without a liscence?

you're full of , so stop driving without a liscence!

Fresh_Prince 12-24-2007 06:50 PM

nothing does....im simply showing that there is at least 1 mature
and responsable g1 driver
and simply cause you have a g1 doesn't automaticly mean you will get booked

Gonads 12-24-2007 06:54 PM

but you are not responsible!

you may be mature and realize what you are doing is wrong.

but that right there says it all, you are not responsible.

and no it does not mean that you will get booked for driving with a G1

hey fresh prince of san fransisco, unless im mistaking you said you drive with a g1 without a licensed passanger, is that not what you said? if thats the case i hope you get caught and loose that g1, infact i hope your daddy spanks you, like your uncle does, but as a punishment and not for pleasure.

your what, 17? do you really wanna get into a pissing match with me on here? ill make you look stupider than a redneck who just got caught ****ing his sister.

go play in traffic

but your not, your a fuken kid without a license, how are you responsible? if you get caught you ****ed, if you get into an accident chances are the insurance company will drop your parents and wont cover the damages to their car. your completely fuken brain dead. you and that other moron should both loose your license. end of story.

hey guys, my brother has a plane, i think i can fly it, who wants to come up with me? ive played flight sims so im pretty sure i can land and take off and stuff. im mature and responsible so who wants to go?

Bookm 01-01-2008 01:59 PM

When I was 16, you got your G immediately and that was that! We learned everything QUICK! Now you take 2 years (+/-) to learn the same crap. Big whip! No difference to me.

Consider having a discussion with the Crown attorney at the court house listed on the back of your ticket(s). Perhaps you could negotiate a plea bargain down to just one ticket. You come off as being reasonably articulate and polite, and the Crown may sympathize with you. If he offers you a deal you're not comfortable with, thank him for his time and tell him you'll consider it after seeking further legal advice.

Fresh_Prince 01-02-2008 11:45 PM

gonads...i gotta admit yea its not the brightest thing to do in the world therefore not responsable...but what i'm saying is im responsible once behind the wheel, even more
then most drivers out there...and thats all i ever tried to prove

z24...stfu your just an enraged redneck looking for a scapegoat for the reason his insurance is too high on his fox body...
my advice:stay the **** out my business and make that mustang what it was ment to be;a pony car and not trailer park trash

Rrebel 01-03-2008 12:31 AM

I have some helpful information if you want it.
I've been dealing with a bunch of traffic ticket specialists for the past 6 years and they've cleared 22+ tickets off my record. They're simply gold.

I was young and immature and i've since learned (the hard way) the errors of my ways and i'm a recovering speed addict.
I paid out of my ass to keep a good standing record, but I must say...i've never dealt with anyone that gets results like these guys.

For example: I had two careless driving charges many years ago...and they wiped them both clean off my record.

If you're interested contact them:

Highway Law
416.243.2500
Ask for Paul or Sergio
They're located near the intersection of Keele and Lawrence just south of the 401.

hey big willy, how about you pull out of your mouth before speaking to me. fuken FOB go back to where ever you came from.

trailer park? hardly. my suv and mustang probably cost less to insure than your car does. mad my insurance is high? yeah i guess if paying 75 bucks a mnth for full coverage on my mustang is high then yeah im fuken furious. ipay less than 200 for my 2001 explorer sport and my mustang with full coverage. guess thats pretty high by your standards. oh wait, your parents pay your insurance.

i cant wait till you come on here and say, man i got stopped driving with a g1 all by myself and lost my beginners. boo hoo hoo. i bet your one of those little children who races from lights aswell cause its the cool thing to do when you go out with your pole smoking buddys.

and i am in your business. people like you are the reason insurance gets expensive for young drivers.

Fresh_Prince 01-03-2008 02:20 PM

i understand your fury, redneck i just don't like your savage talk
eveyone else is talking in a resonable way (despite them thinking i'm a totall jerk)
i would appreciate if go acted a bit more civilized towards others next time

and perhaps i might help you sleep better at night....by lets say waiting for my g2?

judgez24 01-03-2008 04:33 PM

no no theres no fury, i had to go through graduated licensing and i had to wait to get my g2 to drive legally. whats make you more special than anyone else?

Fresh_Prince 01-03-2008 11:50 PM

you make me feel special by giving the impression im the only g1 license holder
who drives alone....that makes it is seem like you never went over
the speed limit (which boosted g-bodies can barely do anyways) or made an illegal left turn...

my advice to you once again is that you STFU.... everyone else expressed there 2 cents...its about time you do so and carry on with your life

maybe turtle wax that pony of yours?
