Ticketed for a rolling stop, twice.

i would like to know what are my chances in court if a cop pulled me over for a rolling stop at a stop sign.

i have 2 tickets for the same offence. the thing is, both times they were not valid tickets and it was pure coincidence.. the first time i in fact did stop and there is a big tree blocking the area where you are to stop at the stop sign. he gave me a ticket for a rolling stop.

the second time i stopped at the stop sign and passed right next to him...after i arrived at my house he came there about half a kilometer away and gave me a ticket..

both tickets are in court and i have dates for both already, but do they have a history report of me or something there...so when i go in the second time they are going to say well u got stopped before and must be convicted??

what are your thoughts on this...

Even if you are able to sufficiently prove that you could have stopped without them noticing you, it still seems like it's your word against the ticketing policemen.

Unless you can provide a witness (a passenger maybe ?)

fight them in court sounds like u have reasonable doubt on your side but make sure to get the disclosure so order it now-and ya the cops can see what tickets u have gotten-and no in court they wont bring it up-technically they can use your abstract against you but dont worry u need to argue your case sounds as if you have one but just watch out for the cops u should be able to see them and come to a full stop so that they can see that you did-sounds funny but its a good idea next time-kmparalegal.com

you can also fight it by saying the marked police car wasnt visible where he parked at.
