AMKK street rep is low. keep going
Again, I was told this by an officer that was active in the blitz they had last year to combat so called "stree racing" in durham. His exact words were, "they leave it up to the discression of the officer, if i can't see if you are black or white, male or female we'll pull you over." I'm not saying it's right, that's just what he said.

Ye another officer told me that exactly but the thing is someone was telling me I could get off because the car was not registered in my name it was in my aunt's so can they really give me a ticket for someone else's tints??

Yes.

That won't work even if you could get a supporting doctor's note.

What you can get is those wrap-around dark glasses if such were truly the case. At least those you could take off once the sun goes down and it gets dark. You can't reduce window tint at night when you need the visibility.

And how will that help you at night, when you are most likely to get tagged for tinit?
